Tlouwana Camp

About forty minutes from the Sedudu Gate of Chobe National Park, Tlouwana Camp lies in the Lesoma Valley within the Kasane Forest Reserve (so you reach the park through forest before the game begins!). This small, family-run camp has nine meru-style safari tents on raised wooden decks, each with a private en-suite bathroom, flush toilet, and an outdoor shower under the sky. Tents are air-conditioned and fitted with twin or double beds, while one larger family tent sleeps four and has a bigger bathroom with an indoor shower as well. The main area includes an open-sided dining tent, lounge space, and a swimming pool with sun loungers for a break between activities. Meals are served at individual tables and sometimes outdoors in the evening, with a small shop and bar adding a few practical extras. It is simple, friendly accommodation with a clear focus on comfort, small numbers, and easy access to Chobe’s wildlife.
